Mission steps

Complete the workflow

  1. 1

    Look for managed juniors

Managed juniors appear as separate records in the member dashboard when the club has authorised the relationship.

  2. 2

    Confirm possible matches carefully

Imported junior records may appear as possible matches based on stored guardian evidence. Confirm only if the match is correct.

  3. 3

    Choose the junior before acting

Profile edits, availability responses, and payments should be made against the correct junior record.

  4. 4

Ask the club if a link is missing

ClubOS does not silently link juniors just because a parent signs in. A club admin may need to verify and connect the record.
