Cookie Policy

1. How ClubOS uses cookies

ClubOS uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep the platform secure, remember sign-in state, protect onboarding flows, and support reliable service operation. We keep cookies limited to what is needed for the platform to work.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies include authentication tokens, refresh-session state, MFA or OAuth challenge state, onboarding invite state, and request-protection values. These are needed for secure login, tenant-aware access control, and safe onboarding.

3. Service provider cookies

Authentication, payment, email, and integration providers may set their own cookies when you use their hosted services, such as Cognito, Google sign-in, Stripe, or other configured integrations. Their cookies are controlled by those providers and are used to complete the requested service.

4. Analytics and advertising

The platform app does not use advertising cookies. If product analytics are enabled in the future, they should be configured to measure reliability and product usage, not cross-site advertising, and the policy will be updated before broader use.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, MFA, onboarding, tenant switching, and secure platform administration from working correctly.

6. Contact

Cookie questions can be sent to admin@cluboss.co.uk.
