Subs, match fees, shop sales, events — every penny lands in your club account. You only pay Stripe’s standard processing rate (1.5% + 20p per UK card payment), charged directly by Stripe with no ClubOS markup.
📣 Advertising revenue
If your club charges local businesses to appear on the built-in advertising board, every penny stays with the club. We don’t take a percentage or fee on any advertising income your club generates.
For context: at £20,000/year in member payments, a 2% platform fee elsewhere would cost your club £400/year. With ClubOS, that £400 stays with you.
Launch Partner — no setup fee
We normally charge a one-off setup fee of £2 per member (capped at £499). For the first 5 clubs that go live on ClubOS, we're waiving it entirely.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard delivers the proven, complete club platform — website, mobile-installable PWA, members, fixtures, selection, payments, content, advertising board, all of it. Pro is where ClubOS evolves: every new feature lands on Pro first, and AI-powered features (including the Club AI assistant) are exclusively on Pro. Pro also includes unlimited teams, priority support (24-hour SLA), and early access to every new feature.
What if my club has more than 5 teams?
Standard includes 5 teams at £49/month. Each additional active team is £5/month, added automatically to your invoice. So 7 teams = £49 + £10 = £59/month. If you have many teams, Pro at £99/month is unlimited and may be cheaper — for example, 11+ teams is the crossover where Pro becomes the better-value choice.
Do you charge transaction fees on member payments?
No, never. The plan price is a flat subscription. We don't take a percentage or fee on subs, match fees, shop sales, or event tickets — every penny lands in your club account. You only pay Stripe's standard processing rate (1.5% + 20p per UK card payment), which Stripe charges directly with no ClubOS markup.
Will you take a cut of advertising revenue?
No. If your club uses the built-in advertising board to charge local businesses for visibility on your website, 100% of that revenue stays with the club. We don't take a percentage, fee, or revenue share on any income your club generates from advertising.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time once billing is live. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free pilot?
Pilot clubs get the platform free while we partner closely on launch. We'll be in touch directly before any charges apply — your site stays live throughout.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is on us for pilot clubs. We work with you on migration, branding, and go-live so you're not figuring it out alone. Outside the pilot period we charge £2 per member (capped at £499) one-off, waived for the first 5 launch partners.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes — on both plans. You start on [yourclub].cluboss.co.uk and can connect your own domain by adding a CNAME record.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pilot clubs get the platform free during the launch period. No credit card required.
What payment methods can my members use?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — powered by Stripe once your club's payments are live.
