Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time once billing is live. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free pilot?
Pilot clubs get the platform free while we partner closely on launch. We'll be in touch directly before any charges apply — your site stays live throughout.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. The plan price is a flat subscription. Standard payment processor fees (typically 1.5% + 25p for UK cards) apply when your members pay you.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is on us for pilot clubs. We work with you on migration, branding, and go-live so you're not figuring it out alone.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes — on both plans. You start on [yourclub].cluboss.co.uk and can connect your own domain by adding a CNAME record.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pilot clubs get the platform free during the launch period. No credit card required.
What payment methods can my members use?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — powered by Stripe Connect once your club's payments are live.
